Just about 30km from the centre of Da Nang, the Lai Thieu eco-tourism site is nestled in Phu Tuc Village, Hoa Phu Commune, Hoa Vang District. It is a perfect venue for nature lovers and for those who want to make time for privacy away from the hustle and noise of city life.
The over 50ha venue boasts its rich population of flora with around 120 different fruit trees. It has been recently recognised by the Viet Nam Guinness Book of Records as the largest fruit tree-growing area in Viet Nam. Visiting this site will be like stepping into a vast wild natural area with small and winding roads along cool streams and green oil palm trees. The colourful flowers, the singing of birds, and the murmur of streams give visitors a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.

One highlight of this site is the Lai Thieu Zoo which is now home to many rare animals, including Bengal tigers, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, leopards, hyenas, lions, elephants, crocodiles, and seven-coloured pheasants.
