Purpose, scope and objects of applicationRegulations on environmental protection in tourism activities is aiming at tourism environmental protection, prevention and minimization of bad impact to environment in tourism activities, assurance of tourism stable development to contribute to country’s environmental protection. This Regulation governs activities directly relating to tourism environment in territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and applies to entities and individuals operating in tourism sites, tourism spots and tourism routes.
