Scope of regulationThis Decision promulgates Regulations of organization and operation of Reviewing Council on strategic environment assessment and environmental impact assessment (hereinafter referred as to “Council”) as set forth in Clause 17 and Clause 21 of Law on Environmental Protection, Clause 10, 11 and 12 of Decree No. 80/2006/ND-CP of August 9, 2006, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the law on environmental protection. 2. Objects of applicationThis Decision is applied to Boards established by Governmental authorities according to Section 7 Clause 17 and Section 7 Clause 21 of Law on Environmental Protection; governmental administrative authorities, entities and individuals relating to organization and activities of the Board.
