1.Scope of regulationThis Decree details and guides the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection regarding environmental standards; strategic environmental assessment; environmental impact assessment and environmental protection commitments; environmental protection in production, business and services; hazardous waste management; and disclosure of environmental information and data. 2.Objects of applicationThis Decree applies to state agencies, domestic organizations, households and individuals; overseas Vietnamese, foreign organizations and individuals engaged in activities in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
