Signing ceremony of strategic cooperation ‘Quy Nhon Tourism – Vision of Asia’

(TITC) – On January 9th 2022, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province took place the signing ceremony on strategic cooperation of ‘Quy Nhon Tourism – Vision of Asia’ among Quy Nhon People’s Committee and Hung Thinh Group and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Vietnam Travel and Marketing Transport Joint Stock Company (Vietravel), Quy Nhon University and Pegasus International College.

The ceremony has the presences of Mr. Doan Van Viet, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh, Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; leaders of Binh Dinh Province, central and local departments and representatives of enterprises and corporations.

Chairman of Quy Nhon People’s Committee, Mr. Ngo Hoang Nam gave a welcome speech, tourism is one of the leading industries of the city in particular, Binh Dinh province in general. The city is mobilising all resources to implement the Quy Nhon tourism development strategy to reach out to Asia. In order to achieve this goal successfully, it cannot help but mentioning the role of enterprises including Hung Thinh Group.

Deputy Minister Doan Van Viet declared, recently, the entire Culture, Sports and Tourism Sector has actively implemented ‘Adapting safely, flexibly and effectively controlling the Covid-19 pandemic’, promoting production and business development and economic recovery. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has enforced several guidelines, policies and solutions with overall measurements to revive the tourism industry, both domestic and international tourism, namely: pilot plan to welcome international tourists in 3 phases, starting from November 2021, implemented in many provinces and cities, has given positive signals for tourism recovery and development; plan to implement policies to boost demands, restore tourism and travel activities; the programme to launch domestic tourism with adapting safely, flexibly and effectively controlling Covid-19 pandemic.

Appreciating the potential of Binh Dinh tourism, the Deputy Minister emphasised that in recent years, Binh Dinh has emerged as an attractive tourist destination for both domestic and international tourists.

With the outstanding advantage of charming natural conditions, warm and sunny weather, rich and diverse cultural and historical traditions, Binh Dinh people are friendly and hospitable, convenient in regional and international exchanges, nevertheless, Binh Dinh locates in the North - South axis on roads, railways and airways, Binh Dinh has drawn plenty of investors to invest, start businesses and develop brands namely FLC, Hung Thinh Group, Hoa Sen Group…

Currently, Binh Dinh has presented the FLC resort and entertainment complex with nearly 1,000 hotel rooms of 5-star standard, superior service such as golf course, safari zoo…; and for the upcoming service is the Hai Giang MerryLand tourism and entertainment complex with a scale of 1,200 hectares by Hung Thinh Group.

The Deputy Minister strongly believed that the signing ceremony will be the crucial milestone in the journey of realising development ambition, turning Binh Dinh into a national tourist destination.

At the same time, he highly appreciates the great contribution of businesses to the achievements of Vietnam tourism in recent years and affirms that the motivation for the development of tourism in our country in the near future is the investment and especially the cooperation of investors, tourism businesses, training institutions such as Hung Thinh Group, BCG, Vietravel, Quy Nhon University and Pegasus as the motto ‘if we want to go far, we must go together’.

Sharing about activities to lift Quy Nhon tourism, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Group indicated, the Group always actively cooperates with other leading domestic and international enterprises to jointly raise the reputation of Quy Nhon tourism, contribute more to the local socio-economic development.

With strengths, capacities and experiences of businesses, along with the strong development of tourism industry, Mr. Trung holds a great expectation that the group will empower Quy Nhon tourism to realise the ‘Vision of Asia’. At the moment, Hung Thinh Group and other key member units have been implementing a series of large-scale real estate projects in the locality, contributing to transforming the appearance of the coastal city.
