(TITC) - Admire Thang Long Imperial Citadel at night; Watching turtles lay eggs, exploring Son Doong Cave... are experiences recommended by experts while traveling in Vietnam.
According to VnExpress, the Top Vietnam , The Vietnam Records Association (VietKings) announced a list of the top 20 unique tours with interesting experiences in Vietnam, with the aim of promoting the country’s tourism to both local and international visitors. This event is a part of the Project of Journey to find the top 50 unique tours.
Mr. Le Tran Truong An, General Director of VietKings, said, the experiences are published once a year and are based on the numerous opinions and perspectives of experts at the council of records.
“Our main goal is to promote tourism and honour the various unique values of Vietnam as well as local people,” said An.
Tours to explore Son Doong - the largest cave in the world
Among several experience tours published this time, besides nature discovery tours, which are the strengths of localities, are also the return to the roots of cultural and historical values, the discovery of regional culinary specialties with new and unique experiences.
Standing at the first place is an animal release tour named “Coming Home” in Cuc Phuong National Park (Ninh Binh Province). This is the first National Park of Vietnam with 22,000 hectares wide. This place is considered as one of the gems of ecology forest in the world. Re-release activities are well researched, combined with specialised parts of the garden to find suitable locations for habitats such as: where there is food, water, and the same species... Visitors are encouraged to donate to the park to contribute to its preservation work.
Ho Chi Minh City is the locality with the most tours in the top, with three times honoured, followed by Ha Noi, Quang Binh, Khanh Hoa…
