Cau Da Villa (Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) has recently been ranked as a provincial architectural and artistic monument.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, Nha Trang City People's Committee, Provincial Monument Preservation Center, Vinh Nguyen Ward People's Committee perform State management of Cau Da Villa monument according to the law on cultural heritage as well as other relevant regulations. Khanh Ha Investment Joint Stock Company is responsible for cooperating with relevant agencies, units and localities in preserving and promoting the value of Cau Da Villa monument according to regulations.

Reportedly, the architectural and artistic relic Cau Da Villa consists of 5 villas (Les Agaves, Les Frangipaniers, Les Flamboyants, Les Bouguinvillés, Les Badamniers), named after the plants and flowers planted around each villa by French people. In 1923, PhD Armand Kremp, biological researcher and director of the department of oceanography and fisheries of Indochina (now Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography) had these 5 villas built as accommodation for scientists. After King Bao Dai ascended the throne, Les Agaves and Les Frangipaniers villas served as resorts for the king and his queen. The other three villas were used by the department of oceanography and fisheries of Indochina until 1975. After 1975, these villas were used as resorts for domestic and international tourists. From 2002, Cau Da Villa were managed and used by Khanh Viet Corporation. After that, Khanh Ha Investment Joint Stock Company, the joint venture between Khanh Viet Corporation and Ha Do Group, managed and exploited Cau Da Villa.
