The Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre has just officially opened a support centre for tourists at 32A Phan Dinh Phung Street. The purpose of the centre is to provide better services for visitors in order to make Da Nang a safer and more friendly destination.
Tourists can visit the centre, call the centre’s hotline number: 0511 3550111, or send an e-mail to tourism@danang.gov.vn to get free information, or publications such as maps and brochures, about hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions.
In addition, the centre is working closely with local Emergency Centre 115 and Rapid Response 113 to help tourists deal with any unexpected situations which might include traffic accidents, loss of their passport, stolen property, or items left in taxis.
The centre is also cooperating with relevant agencies to provide the best quality services for tourists.
