A public park for children will be built on a vacant land lot near the intersection of Duong Thanh and Huong Hai Thien Su in Son Tra District’s An Hai Bac Ward.

The construction cost of the 1,000m2 park will be 160 million VND which will come from the district’s budget.
The new park will feature a 80m2 book coffee shop which will cost 50,000 USD to construct, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The revenue earned from the operation of the coffee shop will be used for the park’s maintenance.
The construction work will start early next month and it is expected to be completed in June this year.
