1. Co To Island (Quang Ninh Province)



To visit and explore Co To Island in Quang Ninh, you need to spare 1 to 2 days. Must-see attractions include Co To lighthouse, Van Chai, Hong Van, Bac Van ports, Cau My rock formation and Little Co To – a small un-inhabited island near Co To.

2. Ly Son Island (Quang Ngai Province)




You will need at least 2 days to explore Ly Son. The island has To Vo Gate, Quan Am Dai, Hang Pagoda, Cau Cave, the flag tower on Thoi Loi summit and other temples. Other Ly Son’s specialties include garlic and many types of seafood such as snail, king crab, and devil fish…The most beautiful beaches are mainly located on Be Island.

3. Phu Quoc Island (Kien Giang Province)

Phu Quoc boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world such as Sao beach, Dai beach and many other untouched beaches. Phu Quoc has a wide range of seafood for visitors to devour, from sea urchin, oyster, snail to cobia, herring…Tourists can also take part in many wonderful activities like snorkeling, squid fishing, watching the sunset or riding cross-country through national conservation area. 4. Con Dao Island (Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province)



The first place you should visit in Con Dao is Con Dao Prison. In here you can explore and learn more about the fascinating past of this country and its people and understand why the island has been called “Hell on earth” instead of the “Heaven on earth” as it is today. 5. Binh Ba Island (Khanh Hoa Province)

 



Binh Ba is a small island with an area of around 3km2 in Cam Binh Commune, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province. One of the activity that tourist must do when visit Binh Ba is to charter a boat to go to various beaches, snorkeling and coral viewing. The island has many nice beaches, including Nom beach, Chuong beach, Nha Cu beach…

6. Ba Lua Archipelago (Kien Giang Province)

 


Dubbed the "Dragon Bay of the South", Ba Lua archipelago with beautiful wild landscape consists of more than 43 large and small islands and it has become an attractive weekend destination for many tourists.

Ba Lua has 3 large islands: Heo Island, Ngang Island and Nhum Ba Island. Here, visitors can catch snails and clams and indulge on the spot, as well as walking from one island to another to enjoy the feeling of harmony with nature.

7. Binh Hung Island (Khanh Hoa Province)

Binh Hung Island lies in the deep-water bay of Cam Ranh, Cam Binh Commune, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province. Must-see attraction include: Binh Tien beach, Kinh beach, Nuoc Ngot beach, Hon Chut lighthouse, Bai Chuoi, Bai Da Trung, Bai Cay Me.

8. Nam Du Island (Kien Giang Province)

 


Nam Du archipelago includes 21 islets, covering an area of around 1.054 ha, of which 11 are inhabited, most of whom living by mining and aquaculture. Nam Du is known as an untouched island with untapped tourism potential. Here, you can bathe in Cay Men beach, Ngu beach, visit Nam Du Lighthouse, take a boat to visit the neighboring islands like Hon Mau, Hon Ngang...

9. Cu Lao Cham (Quang Nam Province)

 


Cu Lao Cham is a renowned tourist attraction in Quang Nam, near the ancient town of Hoi An. The island is known for the long white sandy beaches, clear blue sea and delicious seafood. The main island boasts as many as 7 beaches from north to south-east: Bai Bac, Bai Ong, Bai Lang, Bai Xep, Bai Chong, Bai Bim, Bai Huong. Furthermore, tourist can also visit Cu Lao Cham Marine Museum, Hai Tang Pagoda, Cham ancient well or Cam neighborhood, Tan Hiep market, Yen island…

10. Phu Quy Island (Binh Thuan Province)

 


Phu Quy is a small island, around 120km off the coast from Phan Thiet City, with natural untouched scenery. Visit the Long Hai fish market in the morning; visitors can submerge themselves in the atmosphere of a busy market with fleets of fishing boats constantly docking, in and out. Must-do activities here include watching the sunrise at Doi Thay (Mo Thay) or the sunset at the main port, visit Hon Den, Hon Trung, Hon Giua, Hon Do, Hon Tranh, see the giant whalebone at Van An Thanh. In addition to that, you should also take the time to visit Cao Cat Mountain, Cam Mountain, Linh Buu, Linh Quang, Thanh Lam temples...
