(TITC) - According to Indian event organisers, they are planning to organise weddings for two Indian billionaire families in Da Nang (Central Vietnam) in early 2023.

According to information of Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre, in the end of September, a number of conferences and workshops to connect and meet Indian businesses with functional industries of Da Nang took place in India.
At the event, the delegation from Da Nang worked with Indian event companies; basically, focusing on connecting events, bringing Indians to Da Nang.
Mr. Satish Ramnani - Director of Veydaa Events Company said, the company has coordinated with Vietnamese business partners to prepare for the wedding of the Indian billionaire family at a resort in Da Nang for about 450 guests in January 2023.
Global Air Service Company (GAS) is also informed that a wedding project will take place in Da Nang for a family of billionaires in India, expected in January 2023.

According to Mr. Tran Phuoc Son - Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People’s Committee, the city has recently been working with airlines to operate direct flights from India to Da Nang.
From 17th October, Vietjet Air will operate their first direct flight route from Da Nang to Mumbai, India with the frequency of 3 flights/week. Other direct flights to major cities of India to Da Nang will be operated later on.
With all direct flights from major cities of India to Da Nang, the connection between the two countries will be more effortlessly accessible than ever.
Besides wedding tourism, Indian businesses are also keen on unique features of culture, cuisine, experience, sea tourism, ecotourism in Da Nang.
It is expected in the near future, visa procedures for tourists would be more open and relaxed to attract Indian tourists.
Previously, in 2019, Da Nang was chosen by an Indian billionaire family as a wedding venue with more than 600 guests. After 2 years of hiatus due to Covid-19 pandemic, the trend of wedding tourism of the rich Indians to Da Nang has been warmed up again.
