At Pytopia Convention Center (Tuy Hoa city), the People's Committees of Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen provinces have just organized a conference on tourism development cooperation for the period of 2023-2025.

Addressing to welcome the conference PPC, Vice Chairman Mr Dao My greeted the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and Tourism industry for linking and cooperating with Phu Yen to develop tourism, which is an inevitable trend and an important solution for localities and businesses to join hands to develop strongly and sustainably.
The cooperation conference is an opportunity for leaders of departments, branches and tourism businesses to directly exchange information, update new tourism situations and tighten cooperation between the two localities in the coming time. Within the framework of the conference, the tourism industries of the two provinces displayed tourism publications and typical souvenir products of the two localities.
Prior to attending the conference, the working group of Khanh Hoa Tourism industry surveyed new tourism products and programs, and attractive destinations of Phu Yen province, such as: Vung Ro historical site; the architectural and artistic relic of Nhan Tower; Nghinh Phong tower and other tourism attractions, etc.
Mr Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee emphasized that this promotion activity revolved around the following contents: Surveying tourism destinations in Phu Yen province; exchanging and discussing solutions to connect tourism products to form inter-regional tourism routes along the South Central Coast; sharing tourism information to promote the development of tourist sources, diversifying tourism products, and creating specific tourism products; forming joint tours with unique characteristics of each locality to build the common brand of the two provinces, etc. The conference aims to concretize the effective implementation of Resolution 82/NP-CP of the Government and Decision 1726/ Decision-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on main tasks and solutions to accelerate recovery and speed up effective tourism development.
The tourism development cooperation conference will be a premise to help leaders of Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen provinces and tourism businesses between the two localities promote regional connectivity, support in sustainable tourism development, and bring tourism to become a key economic sector in the near future.
The conference witnessed the exchange of a memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Tourism of Khanh Hoa province and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association with Phu Yen Tourism Association, Khanh Hoa University with Phu Yen University, tourism businesses of the two provinces.
