(TITC) - On March 8, 2021, according to the news from the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, Oxalis Holiday Co., Ltd. has carried out the test exploitation of tourism products "Experiencing nature and learning about Ruc community culture in Thuong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District" for a period of one year.
This is a highly specific tourism product. The People's Committee of Quang Binh Province approved Oxalis Holiday Co., Ltd. to exploit the tourism product during the test period in one year from March 2021 to February 2022, especially during the flood season in 2 months around November - December.

The Ruc people are a clan belonging to the Chut ethnic minority group, and often live in the limestone mountains in the west of Quang Binh Province in the Central Viet Nam. Discovered in 1959, the Ruc community is the last ethnic group who was found out of the rocky cave in Viet Nam and has been known as one of the 10 most mysterious tribes in the world.
The village of the Ruc people preserves its unique cultural features. There is only a unique road to the village, but in the rainy season, the floods cannot recede and the surrounding tropical forest is temporarily submerged deep in the water. This area is normally accessible by car or motorbike; however in the rainy season, it is only accessible by boat, inflatable boat (SUP), kayak, or canoe.
But these features are also uniqueness that is hard to find in any place about culture as well as beautiful scenery. The water flood in about one to two months, and is as clear as emerald green.
After many years of research on topography and experiment in reality, Oxalis Holyday is allowed to exploit the tour "Experiencing nature and learning about Ruc community culture in Thuong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District".
Tour lasts for one day. In the morning, visitors will be taken to On village, using bicycle to experience Ruc people's life. Here, visitors have the opportunity to visit rice fields, explore the rocky cave where the Ruc people used to live many years ago, have more knowledge of the old life through their histories.
In the rainy season, the road to the Ruc community village is flooded in one to two months, visitors are able to use kayak or inflatable boat (SUP) to explore the semi-submerged forest, swim and snorkel to admire the forest below the water surface in Hung Trau submerged area. Visitors continue to use inflatable boats to cross the flooded areas to visit Ruc villages such as On, Mo O - O O and Yen Hop villages belonging to Thuong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province located near the border Viet Nam – Laos.
