The signing ceremony of cooperation between Vietnam and the Consulate General of India in the period of 2023 - 2025 with contents such as: The two sides cooperate and attend, organize events, festivals, seminars, conference, set in the relationship between Oc Eo culture in An Giang province and Indian culture; The Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City will assist the Management Board of Oc Eo Cultural Relics in An Giang province in training human resources in archeology in India; Support the promotion of cooperation with specialized cultural agencies, experts in archeology, Buddhism, Hinduism of India and on the conservation and restoration of Oc Eo An Giang cultural relics; Support archaeologists, international appraisal for Oc Eo An Giang cultural artifacts donated by people with unknown origins and dates; Support An Giang province to organize a study group in India in researching and reconstructing models of ancient temples and towers similar to Oc Eo culture, learning techniques for preserving relics and learning experience in building a world heritage profile for the Oc Eo - Ba The archaeological relic site, An Giang province.
The cooperation program between Vietnam and India aims to work together on a regular and long-term basis in the spirit of mutual understanding and maximize the support of the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City on Oc Eo An Giang culture, and at the same time effectively implement the exchange between Oc Eo An Giang culture and Indian culture.
