Recently, Nha Trang Xua craft Village (formerly Nha Trang Xua restaurant) welcomed nearly 80 international visitors who are leaders and senior partners from Honor Lane Shipping Group (Hong Kong, China) to visit and experience culinary culture. Visitors from China, Japan, Germany, France... visited the 100-year old house, watched artisans weave mats, and danced with the staff of Nha Trang Xua. In particular, the delegation visited the local culinary display area here. Tourists were very excited to see the stone mortar to grind flour, learn about the process of making banh xeo and banh it, and shape little banh it themselves. Finally, visitors enjoyed dinner with local dishes in the peaceful and romantic space of Nha Trang Xua. “Nha Trang Xua features traditional culture. We not only introduce traditional dishes to visitors but also want them to know how to make these dishes, introduce them traditional occupations to better understand Vietnamese culture. One of the destinations that exploits traditional culture well in tourism development is Truong Son Craft Village (Nha Trang City). Truong Son craft village not only introduces traditional crafts such as weaving nets, pottery making, weaving mats, making hats, embroidering pictures on silk, making handicrafts... but also performs traditional musical instruments of the Vietnamese people and ethnic minorities. Here also serve some traditional cakes such as: banh xeo, banh phu the... Truong Son craft village has become a very attractive destination for international tourists, especially cruise tourists. Memento Tourist Area ( in Dien Hoa commune, Dien Khanh district) has a countryside space combined with local cuisine. Visitors can visit the resort's old houses, visit peaceful villages with green fruit gardens, and watch ripe rice fields; experience making banh xeo to learn about culinary culture. Memento staff introduce tourists to rice cultivation on Dien Khanh land to produce rice to make banh xeo. "Through that simple story, we want today's young people to understand traditional culture preserved through many generations of our ancestors.
