(TITC) - In Ly Thai To Flower Garden (Ha Noi), the Ha Noi People’s Committee kicked off the Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2022 with the theme “Ha Noi - Come to love”.

Attending the event were Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOCST); Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT); leaders of departments and units under MOCST and VNAT, representatives from many provinces and tourism businesses, and media agencies.
The Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2022 took place from 13th to 15th May 2022 at the area of Ly Thai To Flower Garden and Dinh Tien Hoang Street, with the participation of hundreds of businesses in Ha Noi. There was also the participation of tourism promotion agencies, businesses from Yen Bai, An Giang, Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Binh, Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Phu Tho with a scale of up to 150 booths.

At the festival, the Organisation Board and businesses introduced products to stimulate tourism of tourism zones, spots and businesses in Ha Noi and participating localities. In addition, there were attractive art shows, game shows with rewards such as trips, vouchers, attractive promotions, and travel gifts. Besides, the Organisation Board introduced a number of products from craft villages and typical cuisine.
The highlight of the Festival is the activities focusing on the live and online spaces to stimulate tourism. The live space introduced a number of tourist destinations in Ha Noi and other localities; Ha Noi encourages businesses to endorse incentive products to stimulate tourism, creating conditions for visitors to experience good services with reasonable prices. The online space introduced and provided tourism products from businesses via digital platforms. Visitors can explore tourism potentials and tourist destinations in Ha Noi via “LED interactive wall” by touching the icons and starting the exploration journey in the 3D space.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen, Vice Chairman of the Ha Noi People’s Committee emphasised, the Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2022 with the theme “Ha Noi - Come to love'' is the significant event to affirm that Ha Noi has fully recovered on the New Normal and will continue to develop tourism activities in particular and all aspects of life in general. The Festival was held during the 31st SEA Games, and will be a great opportunity to introduce safe, friendliness, qualified and attractive destinations of Ha Noi along with diverse tourism products and services to domestic and international friends. Thereby, it will create favourable conditions for tourism businesses to connect and develop markets, expand links, and attract domestic and international tourists to Ha Noi and other provinces and cities.
