(TITC) – With the theme "National Soul - Taste of Homeland", the Vietnam Culture - Food Festival 2023 is expected to be held from April 28-30, 2023 at Cua Viet Tourist Service Area, Quang Tri Province (North Central of Vietnam). The festival has a national scale with about 80 food stalls from three regions of Vietnam.

The festival is a major event under the direct of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Quang Tri Province People’s Committee, and is held during National Holiday to honor the diversity and uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine in general and Central cuisine in particular.
This is an opportunity to introduce the unique culinary features of Quang Tri Province, so as attract more tourists to the province.
To prepare for the festival, the Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has a working session with Quang Tri Province and related agencies on 5 April. Quang Tri will ensure security; fire and explosion prevention; food safety and hygiene; a clean, safe and green environment, and ensure smooth traffic during the days of the festival.
