The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province welcomed a famtrip delegation and organised a seminar on "Developing Vinh Phuc tourism products 2023", on April 16.

In this tourism promotion, the Vinh Phuc Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism invited many travel agencies and journalists, to survey tourist sites and attractions such as Flamingo Dai Lai, Thanh Lanh Valley Golf and Resort, Tay Thien Scenic Relic Site and Tam Dao tourist area; introducing many new tourism products to the delegates.
On the evening of the same day, at the seminar on "Developing Vinh Phuc tourism products 2023", held in Tam Dao tourist town, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Thi Minh Loi said, that Vinh Phuc is determined to build the province into one of the strategic locations in the tourism network of the country and the region.

The province will strengthen its connection to destinations and service supply chains of other provinces and cities and offers safe, quality, and reasonably priced tourism products.
The province is also focusing on developing tourism types with potential and competitive advantages, including eco-tourism, convalescence, cultural and spiritual tourism, festivals, MICE tourism, and sports tourism, forming key tourist areas with uniqueness, making a difference, being highly competitive, having the best service quality, and diverse tourism products.
Flamingo Dai Lai is a destination for many international tourists.
Many delegates and travel companies said that to promote the development of tourism products and attract tourists, Vinh Phuc province needs to promote local strengths, by exploiting outstanding values of cultural heritage, natural scenic sites, and historical-revolutionary relics.
Besides, the province needs to develop types of eco-tourism associated with indigenous culture, outstanding cultural, sports and tourism events, to attract tourists.
Vinh Phuc tourism needs to pay attention to shopping and entertainment products; interested in planning the night market, night walking street, and developing tourism, in combination with the OCOP programme, in building new-style rural areas.
In the first quarter of 2023, Vinh Phuc organised many domestic and foreign tourism promotion activities. The number of tourists to Vinh Phuc increased sharply, estimated at more than 2.2 million visitors, an increase of 80% over the same period last year. Total tourism revenue is estimated at 875 billion VND.
