(TITC) - Beautiful scenery, clear and clean sea water, various water sports activities and attractive cuisine are the factors that make An Bang (Hoi An) and My Khe (Da Nang) beaches in the top 10 Asia’s Best of the Best Beaches by the Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best 2024.
Global travel review platform Tripadvisor recently announced the ranking of Asia's Best of the Best Beaches in 2024 under the Travelers' Choice Awards Best of the Best 2024. Categories will be announced sequentially throughout the year instead of once.
In the list of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Asia 2024 voted by Tripadvisor reviewers, An Bang Beach (Hoi An) ranked 5th and My Khe of Da Nang, ranked 6th. In 2023, My Khe is the only representative of Vietnam to appear in this top with 8th place.
Reviewing An Bang Beach, Tripadvisor commented this is a place that "has it all" with fine white sand, clear blue sky, and beautiful scenery. An Bang also owns coral reefs in clear blue water, making this beach the perfect spot for swimming and snorkelling. Adventurous tourists can paraglide, jet ski and windsurf on the cool blue water. Visitors can also relax on sun loungers beneath the palm trees or cycle on the path along the beach.

Elaine Sans from the UK commented on Tripadvisor in November 2023: “An Bang Beach is a hidden gem in Hoi An, Vietnam. Its shallow waters, white sand, and abundance of seafood restaurants make it a perfect destination for relaxing getaway. The beach is also great for swimming and sunbathing, and the nearby shops and restaurants offer plenty of options for entertainment and refreshment.”
MeredithC398 from Wellington, New Zealand, who has been to An Bang 3 times, commented on Tripadvisor in August 2023: “A little oasis away from the big resorts. Clear waters, long clean beach. So relaxing, what's not to enjoy? Lots of little cafes to visit and lounges along the way.”
Ranked 6th in the top list, My Khe Beach (Da Nang) is rated by TripAvisor as a beach that "meets all your demands when you want to have a relaxing day at the beach: Sand as fine as powder, gentle surf, coconut trees swaying in the wind. My Khe has a dedicated area for swimming and exploring coral reefs, or surfing."

“The beach is wide and long and rarely crowded, so it's easy to get a sunbed - along with an umbrella - and that's enough to relax during the day,” suggested Tripadvisor.
Rated 4.5/5 stars on Tripadvisor, My Khe receives countless positive reviews from tourists from all over the world no matter what time they visit.
Lily C from Singapore commented on Tripadvisor in October 2023: My first reaction when I saw the beach was "WOW!" My Khe beach sand is white, clean, and my feet love it. The atmosphere is great. The waves are big but still safe to swim. I will come back again.”
Sadie M from Loughborough, UK left a comment on Tripadvisor in July 2023: Clean fine sand beach. No rubbish in the sea or on the beach. Designated swimming areas. Clear water - lots of small fish. Lots of beach bars. Uncrowded compared to European beaches. Activities available such as paragliding or banana riding.”
