To achieve the above targets, the Provincial People's Committee has set key tasks and solutions: Effectively pursuing the dual goals in the tourism industry, Covid-19 control to ensure the safety of tourists and tourism staff and tourism recovery and growth in the new normal; expanding models of civilized behaviors of tourists, tourism businesses and communities in local tourism activities; improving mechanisms and policies to attract social funding in traffic infrastructures, large-scale amusement and entertainment sites, musical and art centers; encouraging new and unique products and services; developing value chains of related industries; studying the mechanism for creating funds for tourism development and the protection of natural resources and preservation of historical and cultural relics; promoting tourist markets; raising community awareness in improving tourism environment; proactively preparing plans for training and development of tourism human resources; effectively cooperating with key tourism localities to create links to promote tourism, connect destinations and link in training and development of human resources; enhancing information technology application in tourism activities, based on the digital economy and advanced technology; coordinating with airlines to develop cooperation programs to open new routes, connecting Khanh Hoa with other tourist destinations in the world for transport network expansion and tourism connection.
