Xuan Thanh Beach

Update: 15/09/2009
Xuan Thanh Beach belongs to Xuan Thanh Commune, Nghi Xuan District, Ha Tinh Province, 55km from Nghi Xuan Town. Going over Ben Thuy Bridge from Vinh City, take a turn on your right along provincial way, you will reach the beach. On the way to Xuan Thanh Beach stands a commemorative area of Nguyen clan and grave of the great poet Nguyen Du (Nguyễn Du). Surrounded this sight are well-known landscapes such as Lam River, Hong (Hồng) Mountain, Quyet (Quyết) Mountain, Cui (Củi) Temple.

Xuan Thanh Beach stretches out over 5 km. Brine here is reasonably salty, beach is gently sloping so that tourist may swim almost hundred meters from the shore. Xuan Thanh Beach is really unique since: fresh water river named My Duong (Mỹ Dương) spreads along the seashore from Hong Linh (Hồng Lĩnh). This river is actually not so deep but it never becomes dry. Over a bamboo bridge is a 50m forest, and then beach. Along with the length of several kilometers, the beach keeps playing with white sand, river keeps flowing along the forests, that really making this landscape dreamlike.

Nothing is more enjoyable to contemplate Ngu (Ngư) Island, Mat (Mắt) Island, while enjoying sea-foods after wallowing yourself in brine. With more expanding service system, Xuan Thanh is becoming more attractive destination. Visiting Xuan Thanh, you may not only be back to sea, but also to a very special culture.
