Phung Danh Tham, general director of Thai Son Corporation, said the company would invest VND690 billion to turn a 7.4-hectare site of sandy hills in Phu Hai Ward in the resort city to a villas project with 139 units from 384 to 532 square meter each.
The project owner says the villas are designed according to European styles, and each villa has three floors and three bedrooms facing the ocean. Besides, there are a private swimming pool and a garden in each villa.
Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony, Nguyen Van Thu, vice chairman of Binh Thuan Province, boasted that the natural terrain with sandy hills and quiet beaches made the province, especially the Mui Ne region, a favorite destination for tourism property investors.
Thu said luxury properties being developed in the region would help improve tourism facilities in the province, providing diversified accommodations for local and international travelers.
The developer says the villa project will be up and running after 15 months of construction.
