According to the Quang Nam Tourism Association, the organisation of “Vietnam’s impressions through heritage areas” aims to ramp up activities as part of efforts to revive the local tourism sector as the country moves into the COVID-19 post-pandemic period.

The function will also contribute to popularizing the message of green tourism which is the orientation for sustainable development of the Vietnamese tourism sector in line with climate change adaptation and post-pandemic tourism trends.

Most notably, visitors are encouraged to take part in the ‘Vietnam’s Top 7 Impressions 2022’ voting programme that spans seven categories, such as tourist attractions with enchanting scenery, magical waterfalls, spectacular passes, unexpected scenic views from above, and ecotourism destinations.

On this occasion, the Quang Nam Tourism Association plans to host a dialogue with the participation of travel firms, tourist destinations, and accommodation facilities in order to seek effective solutions to develop green tourism throughout the region.

Ho Quang Buu, vice chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee, emphasised that the province is formulating a scheme that will promote Ngoc Linh Ginseng as a national treasure and grow high-quality fruit trees to develop green tourism products in the locality.
