Tra Que vegetable village (Hoi An)
The event is held to respond to the Visit Vietnam Year - Quang Nam 2022.
Besides, it aims at introducing and honouring traditional craft values and artisans in Hoi An.
At the event, there will be an exhibition of traditional handicrafts, introducing craft villages in Hoi An, a craft village fair, local cuisine, providing tourism information, presenting traditional crafts from other places, talk of the development of traditional crafts in the future, folk arts among others.
On this occasion, Tra Que vegetable village will receive the certificate of a national intangible cultural heritage with some interesting activities including ‘Tra Que green flavour’.
Besides, there will be a traditional pottery festival for children.
As can be seen, the Hoi An craftsmanship event is a chance to popularise Hoi An tangible and intangible cultural values, resources and people, contributing to the conservation and promotion of local traditional crafts and craft villages.
