In the coming time, the Capital's tourism industry will continue to direct travel agencies and destinations to build attractive and unique tourism products, focusing on the city's strong products such as cultural tourism, experiencing tourism, sports tourism, and MICE tourism.
The city also focuses on developing agricultural tourism and investing in the pilot construction of several models of agricultural and rural tourism development in Duong Lam ancient village and Hong Van craft village, an agricultural farm tourism model in Dan Phuong district, at Van An farm in Yen My commune, in My Duc district's weaving village, and also the Hoa Vien organic farm tourism model in Thach That district.
Hanoi also focuses on developing associated tourism products in the Northern Delta region towards the Capital region such as waterway tourism products, agricultural tourism, and cultural heritage tourism.
At the same time, the city will also work closely with other provinces to form tourist routes such as Huong Pagoda - Tam Chuc - Bai Dinh, Guom (Sword) Lake - Trang An - Ha Long Bay, Hanoi - Lai Chau - Ha Giang and Hanoi - Hoa Binh - Son La.
