(TITC) - The homepage of the World Travel Awards has announced Ho Chi Minh City as the venue for the Asia and Oceania Awards Ceremony 2022. The event will take place on September 7, ahead of the ITE HCMC 2022 (September 8-10, 2022).

Ho Chi Minh City was honour as Asia's Best MICE Travel Destination 2021 by World Travel Awards.
Vietnam has been honored to receive many prestigious awards of the World Travel Awards such as World's Leading Heritage Destination, World's Best Golf Destination, Asia's Leading Destination, Asia's Leading Cultural Destination, Asia's Leading Culinary Destination... Vietnam National Administration of Tourism was twice honored as Asia's Leading Tourist Board in 2017 and 2021.
This is the second time Vietnam to host the World Travel Awards. Previously, Phu Quoc Island was the location of Asia and Oceania Awards Ceremony 2019.
