(TITC) - From 25th October, Vietnam Airlineswill implement check-in online service for passengers departing from Buon Ma Thuot Airport. It aims to level-up the experience and convenience for passengers.

By implementing the check-in online service at Buon Ma Thuot Airport, Vietnam Airlines has increased the total number of airports applying online check-in service to 20 out of 22 domestic airports and international airports. At the same time, aiming to adopt this convenient service throughout the airport network where Vietnam Airlines operates the routes to. It is one of the efforts to become a Digital Airline.
Previously, Vietnam Airlines has bought the check-in online service for passengers of domestic flights at the airports including Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Van Don, Cat Bi, Vinh, Chu Lai, Con Dao, Phu Quoc, Da Lat, Dien Bien, Can Tho, Tho Xuan, Pleiku, Phu Cat, Phu Bai, Dong Hoi and Tuy Hoa.
Thereby, passengers now can save time by self check-in via the website www.vietnamairlines.com or Vietnam Airlines app on smartphones in between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. After completing the online check-in process, passengers will receive an “Online Boarding Pass” via electronic device or can print the card themselves, then go directly to the passenger security check and board the aircraft without going to the airline's check-in counter at the airport.
For passengers with check-in luggage, baggage check-in procedures can be done at the airport’s counters. By using check-in online service, Vietnam Airlines hopes that passengers can have a smooth, seamless, fast trip. Most importantly, this service will limit passengers from queuing or gathering a large number of people, ensuring a safer journey for passengers.
