In the first ten months of 2022, Binh Dinh welcomed more than 3.7 million visitors and gained around 12 trillion VND in tourism revenue, 2.2 times and 6.3 times higher than the same period last year, respectively.
In the remaining months of this year, Binh Dinh is implementing a tourism promotional programme, offering various discounts for visitors to the locality.
The province will focus on attracting those who combine sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment activities during their working trip.
To date, more than 50 travel businesses and tourism service providers have registered to participate in the programme.
They have pledged to provide discounts of up to 50% on room prices, 10% on catering service, and 20% on conference room renting fees, for a group of more than 50 visitors.
Meanwhile, the travel business will receive financial support of 150 million VND, while attending travel expos abroad and 30 million VND for domestic events.
