In response to the upcoming World Wildlife Day (on March 3), the Biodiversity Conservation component within the project on Sustainable Forest Management and Biodiversity Conservation, sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), will organize the "Running for Wildlife Conservation" event at Bach Ma National Park, Thua Thien Hue Province on March 5.
Trail running is a form of running combined with climbing. Different from other running terrains, trail running terrain is usually mountainous region with many green trees, fresh air and almost no means of transport... To practice trail running, runners need stronger will and health than normal running, as well as more technical requirements and principles.
When experiencing one of three routes of 3km, 13km and 33km at Bach Ma National Park, you will be amazed by the unique running track through the primeval forest, with many diverse and abundant species of animals and plants. You will also be impressed when passing the Ngu Ho (the Five Lakes) and stopping for a while to admire the magnificence of Do Quyen waterfall before conquering the Vong Hai Dai.
