A training course on cooking skills to serve in community tourism and rural tourism for family-run businesses has taken place in Hoa Bac Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.

The training course was organised with the desire to share more with businesses aboutthe experience of preparing and serving dishes based on local specialties. Thanks to this, there will be more products and services for tourists, thus improving the quality of local tourism services.
At the training course, the participants were guided by a community-based tourism expert from the Asian Tourism Development Institute on how to organize buffets for groups of 40 or more guests, including a menu of cultural indigenous, local dishes; how to organise and present dishes so that they are attractive to dinners; skills in serving buffet guests. In addition, participants also exchanged knowledge on food safety; explanatory content about dishes, food origin and local culture.
