(TITC) – On the evening of 23rd October 2023, in Abu Dhabi - Capital of the United Arab Emirates, the World Golf Awards Organization announced Vietnam as Asia's Best Golf Destination 2023. This is the 7th consecutive time, Vietnam was honored at this award.
Also at the awards ceremony, Ha Noi was honored as "World's Best Golf City Destination 2023".
Notably, world golf legend Greg Norman was honored as "Golf Course Designer of the Year 2023". In 2018, he was appointed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Vietnam Golf Tourism Ambassador for the 2018-2021 term.

In recent years, Vietnam has become an attractive emerging golf destination for international tourists around the world. In particular, Vietnam has been chosen as the venue for many international professional tournaments.
From 26th November to 2nd December 2023, Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam 2023 Tournament will take place at Vinpearl Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, marking the first time a tournament within the framework of the European Legends Tour - European professional Golf Tournament is held in Vietnam as well as in Southeast Asia.
The tournament marks Vietnam on the world's professional golf map, thereby affirming the class of the golf course system and the professional organization of Vietnam.
Especially this year's tournament has the participation of 60 "legends" who have conquered many prestigious awards.
