Ha Long Bay, Vietnam in top 10 Most-Visited Natural Wonders of The World

(TITC) - With 2.6 million visitor arrivals each year, Ha Long Bay (Vietnam) ranks 4th among the 10 Most-Visited Natural Wonders of the World by American Travel Magazine - The Travel.

List of the 10 most-visited natural wonders in the world selected and published by the famous American travel website - The Travel recently. The selection is based on reviews by the 7 Natural Wonders Foundation, Google and the latest surveys collected from Instagram, TikTok and TripAdvisor according to the number of annual visitors.

The Travel stated, Vietnam is a special country blessed with many beautiful natural landscapes. Ha Long Bay, in the Gulf of Tonkin, possesses emerald green water and nearly 2,000 limestone islets and islands, attracting 2.6 million visitor arrivals each year. This UNESCO World Natural Heritage of Vietnam has also special attraction for those who love sports such as hiking, swimming, diving, and climbing.

For a long time, Ha Long Bay has always been a must-visit destination for international tourists when coming to Vietnam. This UNESCO heritage site always receives high praise from the world's leading travel magazines and international media in general.

Most recently in October, US Forbes magazine ranked Ha Long Bay in the 24 best destinations for 2024 when it affirmed that this is one of the world's most unique ecosystems and geological formations. Few places have such a mix of natural beauty, outdoor activity, fresh food, tranquillity and accessibility.

At the end of October, the famous international magazine Condé Nast Traveler also included Ha Long Bay in the list of  51 most beautiful places in the world.

In February 2023, the famous international travel magazine Travel+Leisure proposed Ha Long Bay as one of the 4 ideal destinations to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets in Asia that visitors can visit in any season.

Previously, international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler also included Ha Long Bay as one of the most colourful places in the world.

In March 2023, CNN's travel website voted Ha Long Bay in the top 25 most beautiful places in the world.

Ha Long Bay also became the setting for Hollywood movies such as the "blockbuster" "Kong: The Skull of Island" and "The Creator", a fantasy film directed by Gareth Edwards.
