During his reception on January 30 for Mr. Odaka Yoshimune, the Chairman of the Mikazuki Hotel Group, municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang congratulated the Japanese group on its outstanding achievements during the city progress.

He remarked that the Mikazuki Hotel has become a destination for tourists, especially high-end ones with room occupancy rate of up to 75%.
City Party Chief Quang also appreciated the group's investment in the coastal area after the pedestrian bridge was completed.
"The results are clear evidence for the group's choice to invest in Da Nang" he emphasised.
Mr. Quang welcomed Mikazuki Group's proposal to invest in a number of projects in the city, and pledged to support the group's coordination with a Japanese hospital to invest in an additional resort block at the parking area in the campus of the current Mikazuki Hotel.
He remarked that the city strongly supported Mikazuki Group's investment expansion in Da Nang in the coming time.
He took the opportunity to request the municipal People's Committee and the Da Nang Investment Promotion and Support Board to work with Mikazuki Group regarding a number of investment proposals for a number of projects in the city.
For his part, Mr. Yoshimune Odaka said that the group will coordinate with a Japanese hospital to invest a resort block of about 150 rooms with a total investment of US$ 30-50 million.
Accordingly, the Japanese hospital will bring modern medical equipment to the Mikazuki Hotel to screen the health of people in need and will directly bring patients to Japan for treatment, especially cancer.
