(TITC) – Under the theme "Life Evolution in the Sacred Realms", tourist routes and attractions at Lang Son Geopark are being build on the foundation of harmonious combination between the history of the formation of the natural world and geological landscape, cultural diversity and Mother Goddess worship beliefs in Lang Son.

Currently, there are 4 tourist routes, 38 tourist attractions in Lang Son Geopark. The route's itinerary mainly goes through national highways 1A, 1B, 4B and 279. Each route has from 7 to 11 attractions.
Tourist route No. 1 "Experience the Realm of Mountain and Forest" is associated with the Green shirt of Thanh Mau Thuong Ngan (Mother of Mountain and Forest) with 8 attractions on a distance of about 120 km.

The route starts from Bac Le temple in Huu Lung district, a famous place in the practice of Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship, where the Geopark Information Center is located. On the route, there are typical geological heritage attractions - limestone mountain valleys, the poetic Dong Lam Magic Valley, peaceful homestay villages of the Tay people in Huu Lien commune, the Chi Lang Secret pass, and vestiges of continental volcanic eruptions.
Tourist route No. 2 "Journey to the Realm of Heaven" is associated with the Red shirt of Holy Mother Lieu Hanh with 11 attractions on a distance of about 130 km.

The start of the route is Huu Nghi international border gate, through Dong Dang Mother Goddess Temple (Heaven Mother Goddess Worship) to the heroic revolutionary homeland of Bac Son. Places such as Khanh Khe bridge (victory site), Xu Lang anise forest, Tham Khuyen most ancient cave, Sea Memory (combine of geological heritage site and Khuoi Noi historic site where the first national salvation team of the Vietnam People's Army was established), Madarine Garden, Geopark Information Center in Bac Son...
Tourist route No. 3 "Enjoy the Realm of Earth" is associated with the characteristic Yellow color of the original bronze statues of the Holy Mothers. There are 9 attractions on the journey of about 130 km.

Tourist route No. 4 "Way to the Realm of Water" associated with the White shirt of Thanh Mau Thoai (Goddess of Water), has 10 attractions on a distance of about 80 km.
Departing from Tam Thanh Cave Pagoda, follow Highway 4B toward Loc Binh, passing through the ancient Bac Nga Woodblock Pagoda, the journey to the Mau Son mountain region hidden in the fresh and cool mountain clouds all year round. Go to the observatory for a panoramic view of the Na Duong lowland, which is considered a "window to the ancient world", where a series of fossils dating back to about 40 million years ago were discovered, an important place attracting tourists. The journey also passes through Ban Khieng hidden waterfall, Fairy Cave Pagoda, Water Mother Goddess Temple, Mai Pha Archaeological Site...

Lang Son Geopark was established in 2021 include the districts of Bac Son, Van Quan, Huu Lung, Chi Lang, Loc Binh, Lang Son City, part of Binh Gia district and part of Cao Loc district, its area is about 4,842 sq. km.
Currently, the Lang Son Geopark Management Board has submitted the dossier to UNESCO, completing the criteria for infrastructure and landscape, preparing to welcome the expert team to appraise the title of Lang Son Global Geopark, aiming to open to the public to visit and exploit sustainable tourism development.
