A space recalling Dong Ho Folk Painting Market is taking place at the Dong Ho Folk Painting Conservation Centre in the provincial-level town of Thuan Thanh, in the northern province of Bac Ninh, from April 21 to 23.

The space features 20 booths recalling the characteristics of the ancient Dong Ho painting market.
The space aims to contribute to protecting and promoting a precious cultural heritage of Bac Ninh among people and visitors.
Visitors have the chance to enjoy the folk paintings and hear introductions to the craft of Dong Ho painting, the materials and production process, as well as experience some of the steps in making a Dong Ho painting.
Notably, talented young people will show their skills in making “hoa kim sa” (drawing with metal materials) artworks inspired by Dong Ho paintings.
Many unique Dong Ho folk paintings are introduced at the market./.
