Cam Pha city (Quang Ninh): Tourism products diversified to attract tourists

Coal mining tours, sea tours or night markets are among key products that the city of Cam Pha (Quang Ninh) has been developing with a view to luring more holidaymakers.

Bai Tu Long Bay boasts stunning natural landscapes and appealing tourist routes.

Located on the bank of Bai Tu Long Bay, Cam Pha possesses diverves resources to develop tourism and this sector has been regarded as one of major economic sectors.

Therefore, Cam Pha authorities have offered incentives to businesses investing in upgrading traditional tourist products at famous sites namely Vung Duc grotto, Quang Hanh Yoko Onsen, Luong Ngoc beach, Quang Hong beach, etc. in the past few years.

The city has also expaned toursim space to the south of the city and renewed an existing route from the city to Hon Xep park which connects to Ha Long Bay - Bai Tu Long route.

Cam Pha has been making great efforts in developing its tourism sector.

It aslo plans to open some new routes from the city to nearby islands in Van Don district and Ha Long city like Ban Sen, Reu, Minh Chau, Quan Lan, etc.

Culture tourism programs are designed to introduce to tourists about the long-lasting and unique cultural identities of this city. Holidaymakers can visit some places such as Coal Museum, Coal Newspaper relic site, and the relic site of Uncle Ho's visit to Deo Nai mine.

Cam Pha possesses a variety of dreamy beaches.

Other indeginous tourism products including live art programs on the shore of Bai Tu Long Bay, beach games, night walking streets, etc. have left great impression on visitors.

The accommodation facilities have been developed substantially to make it convinient for every tourist to the city.  

According to the statistics, the city served about 838,000 tourist arrivals and earn a revenue of VND 495 billion.
