Flowing through Hoa Binh and Ninh Binh provinces, the Boi River’s most popular camping spot is in Na Bo Village, Sao Bay Commune, Kim Boi District, Hoa Binh Province. This area is celebrated for its crystal-clear water and breathtaking natural beauty, surrounded by verdant trees and striking limestone mountains.
The scenic drive to the Boi River is straightforward, making it a favored destination for weekend trips. Whether you are planning a family picnic, outdoor activities, or simply a peaceful escape into nature, the river provides a rejuvenating experience. Its charm lies not only in its picturesque views but also in its tranquil environment, offering a serene break from urban life.
The Boi River’s wide riverbanks and lush, open spaces make it perfect for outdoor activities
The shallow, smooth riverbed is perfect for wading, with plenty of space for picnicking and relaxing in the cool, refreshing water. The lush meadows and rolling hills create an ideal setting for campfires or barbecues. The clean, pollution-free environment offers a refreshing change and an opportunity to reconnect with nature.
However, the riverbed is dotted with rocks and pebbles that can be sharp, so wearing sandals or rubber boots is recommended for protection.
As there are no camping rental services at the Boi River, visitors should bring their own camping gear and supplies. Be prepared for insects and mosquitoes in the evenings by wearing long sleeves and using insect repellent to ensure a comfortable stay.
