(TITC) - On 23 November, in Madeira, Portugal, Viet Nam was recognized as “Asia's Best Golf Destination 2024” at the 11th World Golf Awards. This is the 8th consecutive time Viet Nam has been honored at this award.

Also at this award ceremony, the capital Ha Noi was named "World's Best Golf City Destination 2024".
Viet Nam is considered an ideal golf destination in Asia with beautiful natural scenery and a tropical climate. Viet Nam owns 18-hole golf courses and practice courses, many of which meet international standards. Developing infrastructure and building golf tourism products are one of the key orientations in the Viet Nam Tourism Development Strategy to 2030.
To date, Viet Nam has been voted “Asia's Best Golf Destination” eight times and won the “World's Best Golf Destination” award twice. This affirms Viet Nam's attractiveness and position on the world golf tourism map.
