Cua Dai Beach ensures a high tide of visitors see Hoi An

Update: 17/12/2012
Cua Dai Beach, located 4km from downtown Hoi An, is attracting more visitors to the old town, famed for its historic houses and sparkling colourful lanterns.

Spanning 3km, the stunning beach and blue sea is a must visit for any tourist in the area. The gently sloping white sand with lapping waves is only a swimming beach and is not suitable for surfers. The sheer size of this beach guarantees there is a spot for all.

Cua Dai's waters are plentiful with sea life, making fishing a popular form of entertainment for tourists. Visitors can hire small boats to go out to sea and hunt.

As with most Vietnamese beaches, Cua Dai has its fair share of commercialism. Deck chairs, parasols, life-belts or plastic or rattan mats can be hired, and there is no shortage of food and drink vendors.
