In the framework of GO GREEN programme, Toyota Vietnam with Center for Training and Environment Communications (Ministry for Natural Resources and Environment) on June 7 held the inauguration of VND 700 million 'An San ecological village' Project in Coc San Commune, Bat Xat District of northwestern province of Lao Cai.
The 2-year project will help local communities build ecological village by such activities as training and education; raising environment protection awareness by establishing new lifestyle in the area; developing forests, fields, gardens, hills in ecological manner; improving local environment...

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Pham Van Cuong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee - stressed the significance of the project in expanding forest area, boosting sustainable use of land and water resources, forming green-clean-beautiful landscapes, and developing sustainable livelihood for local communities.
