The annual Ha Long Carnival 2016, themed “Ha Long - City of Tourism - Civilization - Friendliness”, will take place on April 29th in Ha Long City.
Along with the carnival, Ha Long Tourism Week will feature nearly 40 different activities in the province, especially in the tourist center of the province, such as the cities of Ha Long, Uong Bi and Mong Cai.
Cultural activities including Ha Long Beauty contest, Miss Sea contest, outdoor art exhibitions, summer music festival, walking street festival, traveling and shopping weeks, and a Beach Party program, are expected to attract tourists to the world heritage site Ha Long Bay and other local cultural heritages.
