Apricot Waterfall (Mai Waterfall) located in Dinh Quan District in south-eastern province of Dong Nai will come as a surprise to visitors due to it’s pristine natural charm, resembling the Amazon jungle.
Apricot Waterfall is located in the Apricot Waterfall Tourism Area stretching for 2km with 5 islands of verdant trees. The waterfall’s name is derived from numerous apricot trees growing up along both sides of it.
The Apricot Waterfall tourism features numerous stones with different shapes along with mysterious caves, white reeds, singing birds and wild animals. which together create the charm and primitive beauty for the Apricot Waterfall.
It also has a 7 hectare-hot water pond where tourists could wash their faces and limbs for better health.
Apart from taking a bath in hot water during spring, visitors have a chance to conquer Kneeing Elephant Stone, discover Turtle cave, sail to find Cham cultural remains and enjoy fresh dishes served with freshwater fish and chicken.
According to a tourism official, the Apricot Waterfall looks most beautiful after Christmas Eve. At that time, the stream flows so peacefully that a lot of big stones are revealed and forest apricots bloom.
