The event features 100 excellent photos by 66 photographers from the 6th Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards contest, which was launched earlier this year in July.

The photos, selected from over 3,400 entries, capture moments in nature, human life and architecture.

Hoang Trung Thuy, head of the contest’s jury, praised the quality of the submissions this year, particularly in the “Life” category, where the boldness and sensibility of the photographers are clear to see.

The annual competition, first held in 2012, aims to honour the natural and cultural heritage values of Vietnam through photos, with the main topics of nature, tangible and intangible culture, wet markets, and lifestyles.

The exhibition runs until October 29.
