(TITC) - From 22-23 December 2018, the Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreenID) cooperated with the Live & Learn Environmental Education Centre (Live&Learn) to organize Viet Nam Clean Air Day 2018 with the theme “Clean air - Green gift - Healthy family”.
The event aims to contribute to increasing public awareness on the current situation, causes and impacts of air pollution to public health, and promote changes in attitudes and actions in improving air quality.
In 2 days, the participants had the chance to receive information, visit exhibitions and join painting activities on the topic of air pollution.
The event opened activities under the “Viet Nam Clean Air” campaign organized annually by GreenID and Live & Learn. The campaign aims to contribute to the voice of the community in the process of building, improving and enforcing clean air policies in Vietnam.
The event was held at 2 main locations including Ho Tay Walking Street Trinh Cong Son; Panasonic Risupia, 2nd floor, Sunrise Building, D11 No. 90 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District and 3 response locations (EcoLife, 58 To Huu, Trung Van, Nam Tu Liem; EcoHome 1, Bac Tu Liem; EcoHome 2, Bac Tu Liem).
According to the Organizing Broad, about 1,000 people in Ha Noi participated in this event.
