A decision to build the culinary museum and the palace of Quang noodle has recently been approved by the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The museum is located in Dien Minh commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province. It is the first culinary museum in Quang Nam to come into operation.
The culinary museum of Quang Nam and the palace of Quang noodle is recognized as a place to preserve historical values, converge the quintessence of Quang Nam’s culinary culture. It is also a place where domestic and foreign visitors to Quang Nam can enjoy its cream of culinary culture.
There are over 5000 objects in the museum now. Many of them were once used in the process of making culinary specialties of Quang Nam. They are noodle cutting machines, saucepans, pots, copper plates, bamboo carrying poles, grinders, dishes, bowls ... dating back to early 20th century.
Hopefully the museum will be an attractive destination in Quang Nam, contributing to promoting the values of Quang Nam’s cultural heritages.
