Tra Su cajuput forest in That Son Mountain, An Giang Province has long been a tourist destination for those who love exploring nature.
Tra Su forest is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty but also its sanctuary of flora and fauna.
Arriving in the forest, visitors will immediately feel like they are harmonising with nature because of all of the impressive pictures of cajuputs, the fragrance of the flowers and the music-like noise of birds, insects and animals making people relaxed comfortable.
From the observation post, visitors can overlook the forest with an area of nearly 900 ha, home to many birds and animals, including some rare ones.
According to the forest management board, the forest is now a favorite destination for not only visitors from cities, but also domestic and international scientists, who come there to research its vegetation and animals.
