The Nguyen Kim Trading Joint Stock Company will open a night market next to its electronics centre on Dien Bien Phu Street, Da Nang in early November.

The market will have about 40 stalls featuring drinking and eating services, shopping and entertainment activities. It aims to meet the increasing demand of both locals and visitors.
A representative of Nguyen Kim said that there are many street vendors along Dien Bien Phu Street, so this combats a blight on Da Nang’s reputation. He also suggested that the city’s relevant agencies should take effective measures to tackle this issue before the opening of the night market.
Another similar market in the area between Vinh Trung Dragon Trade Centre and the BigC mall will be opened mid-December of this year by the Duc Manh JSC. Although the market has still not been officially inaugurated, 24 of its stalls are now open on a trial basis. Two of them, both providing food and drink services, are attracting a large number of visitors.
