According to CNN’s description how to make Pho, broth is simmered for hours with cinnamon, star anise and other warm spices to create a wonderfully aromatic base for this rice noodle soup.
Pho restaurants serve a wide range of flavours, beef is the original. Today, beef pho remains the most beloved version in Vietnam, with options that include the original raw beef, a mix of raw and cooked beef, brisket and tendon.

Pho is considered the most typical Vietnam food and many foreigners love this soup. Since 2018, Vietnam offically marked every December 12 the Day of Pho in honor of the beloved culinary treasure and the cultural fusion it represents.
