(TITC) - In order to support the Visit Vietnam Year 2022: Quang Nam - Green tourism destination, Hoi An City will organise many events and festivals in response.
According to the Organisation Board of the Visit Vietnam Year - Quang Nam 2022, before, during and after the opening ceremony, many activities will be held.
Many unique tourism products are being developed by Hoi An to attract tourists in the Visit Vietnam Year - Quang Nam 2022.
In which, events and activities in response will be held in Hoi An City including the 1st Regional Traditional Craft Festival in 2022; activities to experience cultural and festive spaces. Especially, Hoi An will host the “Ancient features of Hoi An” programme.
According to Mrs. Truong Thi Ngoc Cam, Director of the Centre for Culture, Sports and Radio - Television of Hoi An, the “Ancient features of Hoi An” programme will include many activities such as Photo Art exhibition, “Old Dishes” culinary space, book display “Hoi An tourism through the pages of books”, “Hoai Giang by night” art performance on the river; launch the pilot implementation of the “Green Tourism” model. The focus will be on developing and promoting the tangible and intangible cultural values and rich natural resources of Hoi An Ancient Town to create unique cultural and tourism products to serve tourists, she added.
Besides, there will be cultural and tourism events such as Korean Cultural Day in Quang Nam, Hoi An 2022; tourism programme and coastal festival of Cu Lao Cham, the “Hoi An Discovery Marathon 2022”, “Peaceful Sky” fashion show, Trinh Cong Son music night, etc
