On September 16, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a program to welcome international tourists by river to visit the province.
Welcoming the international tourist group by river including 20 international tourists and members of Pandaw Shipping Company under the Vietnam Tour Program along the waterway from Ha Long Bay to Hoa Binh City.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation visited the following places: Hung Lo Ancient Communal House Complex, watching Xoan singing performances in ancient villages, space of ancient villages, old houses and craft villages in Hung Lo Commune, Viet Tri City; Visiting and experiencing the conical leaf hat making in Gia Thanh village, Phu Ninh district.
This is the first group of tourists to visit and travel in the province after a long time affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, marking the resumption of international tourism activities in the province, contributing to affirming Phu Tho as a safe and attractive tourist destination and also creating a driving force for the province"s tourism industry to focus more resources on developing unique and attractive products to attract tourists.
